Hi, the clunk just before stopping sounds like it could be lack of lubrication/binding at the slip-yoke splines for the rear driveshaft. This is due to the rear axle wind-up when putting the transmission in drive and un-wind when nearly stopped. It doesn't tak... Login to read more. ![]()
