The OD and 2-4 clutch are used for fourth, but the OD is also used in 3rd, and the 2-4 is also used in second. If you're positive it is only missing 4th, then I'd check to make sure the PRNDL isn't going wacky when driving down the road. You know, like command... Login to read more.
