don't pull it yet, try to adjust the front band (the adjuster is at the left of the trans) for 46RE trans torque the adjuster nut to 8 n-m and back-off 2-7/8 turns, for 47RE torque the adj to 8 n-m and back-off 1-7/8 turns. Login to read more.
