Road testing with tcc connector disconnected - damage to trans?

Hello TF.

I was chasing an "ECM blown fuse problem" on this 1992 k1500 gmc with a 5.7 engine.I believe this is a 4l60 or 700r4 tranny.

The fuse would blow only about 15 minutes of highway driving but city driving it would not blow.
