Lots of responses so far about what to look for and how to adjust - but still no definitive answers on WHY this occurs. New band (not a reline) was adjusted to 2-3/4 turns from 72 in/lb. Transmission operated fine for approx. 150 mi before the band broke again... Login to read more.
