I would run a PSI test first . If fluid PSI is not at spec. I would say the keeper that holds the valve in place is broken. Its very common, ATRA has a bulition on it. Very rare for the solenoid to be the problem. We replace the keeper with a 4L60 Pum... Login to read more.
