Thanks for the tip , I really appreciate it! After talking to the customer and furthur diagnosis it definetly is mechanical inside trans. The reason it wouldn't offer to go to 4th is the only difference between 3rd and 4th is the 2-4 band which wasn't applying... Login to read more.
