We have a 95 Ford Windstar that makes a rhythmic on & off noise that seems to do it when in Park. If a shift is made to a gear the noise goes away. The noise can be heard the best with a stethoscope on the trans cooler lines. I saw a post here the EPC solenoid... Login to read more.
