No front axle engagment - AllData no help

Hi!

I'm working on a 1995 Chevy Truck S10/T10 Blazer 4WD V6-262 4.3L VIN W.

The front axle turns when the 4WD system is engaged but the front axles/wheels do not turn.

It passed all other transfer case tests and has no trouble codes.
