Did you fix it? I had a 96 Bronco with a code 17 ref voltage that turned out to be an open in one of the dump or iso valves. The schematic I was using (MOD) for the pin locations was not correct, and there wasn't any code for the affected valve. I sweated bull... Login to read more.
