Toyota V6 timing belt tensioner tool - a homemade version

Greetings all,

Well, as usual, friday rolled around and the trusty tool truck stops by. I need (want) a tool to compress the hydraulic tensioner on a V6 Toyota. One problem - the "tool guy" didn't have one (ugh).
