Re: Idle stuck at 1400 rpm even after doing throttle relearn
Thankfully I avoided smog testing. When I was an apprentice
the shop owner got stung by the BAR for not finding the
charcoal canister with a little old lady decoy. he said
screw smog testing and customers driving up to want a smog
test ASAP.
