I think he was reducing the inner bore by increasing the press fit on the outer bore. This is not for large discrepancies. Say a thou over on the ID, increase the OD by 3 thou and lose about a thou on the ID. Bearing and stud mount won't alter the ID. Another ... Login to read more.
