The chain was only stetched on this one. 225k miles. A new chain might have been an option, but given the mileage, and the price of a low mileage used engine, we advised the customer to go this route. As far as advice for your car, Kevin G. has more expirience than I do, but I would say change the oil every 3k, and replace the timing solenoid if it starts rattling at all (see Kevin's post in Tech Tips Forum).
