It doesn’t cause it to miss. The PCM is looking at the speed of the crankshaft, and cyl 7 is right after 8 in the firing order, cylinder 3 is right after 4. 18726543 for that engine. The miss on 8 lowered the speed of the crank enough that it showed a partial ... Login to read more. ![]()
