Since the 3 valve Ford engine breaks plugs even when you follow Fords 16 pages of instructions, I have resorted to using a 3/8 drive AirCat gun for removal with no special pre-prep. So far, 100% success on at least 8 different rigs. Fords method netted 0% succ... Login to read more.
