The VIN corresponds to an 08 4WD Suburban 2500 with 6.0L Should be no problem to program off the vehicle. As far as bench testing, I'd want to diagnose that while it was hooked up to the vehicle. Then if it needs a TCM, order one, have it programmed and instal... Login to read more.
