I've always used a 3/8" butterfly air impact driver. #3 Phillips bit. I wonder if a JIS bit would be better. When that has failed, I have a #3 Craftsmen Phillips screw driver with a curved jaw Vise Grip that I clamp on to down low plastic handle, lots of palm ... Login to read more.
