Slightly off subject: I recently did a heater core on an '85 Corvette. Part f the procedure was to remove a solid duct to gain access. A lot more work. - I cut the duct with a reciprocating saw, then used aluminum tape to re-attach it. No harm, no foul. Login to read more.
