Re: wipers lights work by themselves
Had a 2008 town and country in with wipers that would not turn off, and completely dead battery intermittently. Found a u1149 code. no listing in Alldata. Scanner defined it as loss of communication with steering control module. Turns out SCM is the wiper - mu... Login to read more.
