Chrysler had the same problem with 3.0 Liter Mitsubishi engines. Easy fix, pull the heads and disassemble, pound the guides back in place and use a special tool to cut grooves in the guides. Put a snap ring in the groove, install new valve seals and reassemble... Login to read more.
