A method for determining EGR-flow on 4.6's

The normal way of testing for proper EGR flow on Ford 4.6 leaves a little to be desired. This works well. Check PFE voltage on scan tool while opening EGR valve with a vacuum pump. If PFE voltage is less than 4.0V, passage needs to be cleaned. Example: 3.8V, f... Login to read more.
