1977 Nissan 280Z non turbo no spark

Hi fellow Tec's

I have inherited this old rotten 77 Nissan 280Z fuel injected computer controlled (Bosch AFC type) after several Tec's have played around with it and have not been able to fix it. The problem is no spark and no injector pulse.
