Hey Phil ,I had one maybe month ago check the cooling fans to see what they are drawing for amperage,this was on a Jetta as well, the alternator feed wire was over 200* The fuse for the cooling fans had blown,they were drawing 45 amps on a 40 amp fuse, not [..... Login to read more.
