Andrew, under NO circumstances EVER am I about to full field any alternator with no load on it, or, for that matter, with a light load. Of course, if you spin an alternator at high RPM's, and it is full fielded, it will produce high voltage. THIS IS SOMETHING ... Login to read more. ![]()
