Seems the Dodge broken exh bolts turn out easily for us as well. Otherwise weld a fender washer to the flush broken bolt and then weld a nut to the washer. Weld the nut in the center and the edges. The heat will penetrate the bolt and you can turn them out. So... Login to read more.
