Peter, just how many IATN members have any VOM that can measure accurately to 1/10 of a milli-volt???? I doubt very much that .1% of the members have any ACCURATE meter which can do this. How many own a milli-ohm meter complete with 4 wire Kelvin leads? Louie Login to read more.
