No charge Buick
1995 Buick Park Avenue not charging I replaced shorted alternator no charge. EEC Test P1630 battery voltage high/[...] showed 25.5 volts. Transmission would not shift,security light flashing. Long story short. Replaced ECM cured all problems. Login to read more.
