I just delivered a S-10 4.3, with a similiar scenario. Customer complaint: acts like running out of fuel at 75+ mph, and lots of throttle, also MIL set, but went back off. I scan it..code P0305. Road test..trims are good, no missfire, can't reproduce faults. C... Login to read more.
