Andrew, As for me they don't have to clear no faults. When the aftermarket scans the DME and for what ever reason customer decides to go to a dealer for a SHORT TEST with a GT1. The DME won't communicate. Need to do a "power reset" and some cases a sleep mode ... Login to read more. ![]()
