I've never actually had to cut a rotor yet. Even the worst one I've ever seen. I use Naval Jelly, it dissolves rust and loosens up ANYTHING. Did you consider cutting the be a last resort thing? Or soon as a rotor puts up a fight to cut it? Login to read more.
