Hey Glen....WHAT tool do you use to move the stupid tensioner ?? I have tried serp belt tool w/ 1/2" thingy, 1/2" dr Breaker bar, 1/2" dr flex head ratchet...from top AND bottom...I cant seem to get to it. I DID figure out the shroud upper look pretty plasic s... Login to read more.
