You can do that. At least I just did it on 1999 LHS with SKIM option. Hook up PCM, disconnect SKIM module. Use DRB III as you do it on PCM without SKIM option. Scanner will behave as a vehicle has no SKIM at all and never asks you PIN for this procedure. Hook ... Login to read more.
