I had a similar event with a 4 door diesel F350 that went "BANG" about a foot off the floor. The anchor for the lift chain broke off the stationary beam due to a poor weld. One of those Texas bargain 9000 lb lifts that won't pick up 7000 lbs. No harm or damage... Login to read more.
