I have an 88 mustang 2.3 "no start" The local High school had at it first so the history is vague. Trys to start on crank, plugs are immediatley fuel fouled. 80 psi at the pump. return line passes lots of fuel. haven't been able to get a regulated pressure yet... Login to read more.
