I was always taught that Subaru single cam engines (at least first gen 18./2.2 EJ's) could NOT bend valves... we know better now. Had one towed in, customer says something wrong with flywheel, 3 starters and it still wont start. (we put clutch in 2 years ago) ... Login to read more.
