Ford O2 voltage leak (one for the books)
I had an '89 F350 with a 5.8L in for driveability work. A real POS with a multitude of problems. I had a nagging intermittent "too lean" issue. KOER test yielded a code 42 for "Rich indication" and I knew it was running on the lean side. The O2 cycled but neve... Login to read more. ![]()
