I have not heard that-yet but did you verify your suspicion by unpluging the #3 plug to see if the #2 dtc set?

I find it much more accurate to test the glow plugs by checking amp draw-need to be within 2 amps and dont mix Bosch&Beru plugs-differe... Login to read more.
