I am more inclind to believe that the excess EGR flow shortened the life of the intake gaskets, more so than effecting the head gaskets. The intake gaskets on this vehicle are plastic (nylon 6,6) with intrigal molded rubber o-rings. The plastic degraded and al... Login to read more.
