Jason, I don't think it is pressure related. It's probably because of the air. Putting o2 in the tank isn't a very good idea. Combustion takes 3 parts. Fuel, O2, and Ign source. The fuel is definitely there, the ign source "could" be there in the form of a fue... Login to read more.
