I agree that air volume is crucial. I failed to loosen a crank bolt (which was JB welded) using a 3/4 impact and 50 ft. of 3/8 air hose. I screwed a 3/8 nipple into the impact inlet and compressor outlet and hose clamped a 5/8 garden hose onto them. Voila! Login to read more.
