Yeah hot is hot!!! It is dry though.....I prefer the "heat" here to the "heat and humidity" of Ontario, Canada where I am from. I bet here in mid July you could put a roast in the Bar-B-Que around noon (don't lite it) and it would be done by dinner time. Login to read more.
