Hi Bill, problems with the dist shafts & magnets are common on the 87-95 V8 distributors. Of course they ARE 10-15 years old, and typically have 150K on them. Isn't it amazing what thousands of miles and years of neglect can do. I replace all dist components a... Login to read more.
