Great tip Roy. I've been building an assortment of slip fit pinion bearings over the years. A Sunnen rod hone makes quick work of opening up the bore so they just slip on. The 'test' bearings sure speed up rebuilding a rear axle/setting pinion depth. Apparentl... Login to read more.
