Wait a minute fellas, isn't the KS a piezo electric crystal that PRODUCES voltage when vibrated by a knock? It has no voltage applied to it, so isolating it from the block by the battery post idea or teflon tape would work to dampen the sensors ability to feel... Login to read more.
