G'day Eric, heat quenching is not the idea behind using CO2, CO2 is an inert gas, it wont support combustion.

Short of inverting the nitrogen bottle you wont get liquid, but regulated nitrogen gas would do the same as CO2 providing there is only inert gas in... Login to read more.
