Here is my take on the wiring:

Wire No 1- 14.1 Volts( Reference voltage)

Wire No 2 - 13.7 Volts(Signal Voltage)

Wire No 3 - 13.7 Volts(Signal Voltage)

Wire No 4 - O Volts (Ground)
