Re: To lube or not to lube, THAT is the question
I believe it's because the rubber is supposed to grip the bar and the rubber will just twist/distort as the bar flexes. If you lube it, the bar will easily slide around, but when the lube washes out or dries up, that's when the squeaking can occur. So installi... Login to read more. ![]()
