The data you are seeing is normal. The Snap on scan tool you are using is an "auto ranging tool". Take a close look at the scaling of your TPS voltage. Low volts is .8943, high volts is .8979, do the math, that is .0036V difference. Once you tap the throttle, ... Login to read more.
