High vacuum from the primary carb allows the diaphragm spring to close the secondary's. Low vacuum as in wot, or snap acceleration allows the secondary's to open by reducing the vacuum to the diaphragm and the secondary's overcome diaphragm spring. Login to read more. ![]()
